Everything Will be O.K.

Big Sur
“Everything Will be O.K.” showcases the artist’s recollections of a surfing trip to Big. Sur. The memory of that coastal experience - waves, shoreline, setting sun - are surfaced in bold, vivid colors, brought into a palpable tension with the raw emotions of the present day. The works explore the fury and power, as well as beauty and tenderness, of the California coast, seeking to reveal how those disparate states can coexist in the lens of remembrance.
